Charles is a Principal Program Manager Lead on the Microsoft Edge team at Microsoft. His current focus is on revitalizing the way the team works with web developers by bringing a new level of transparency, openness and energy to the conversation. Prior to that, he led the PM team responsible for Internet Explorer on Windows Phone for over 5 years.

Over the rest of his 15 year career, he has held PM, developer and consulting positions working in web content management and holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia. Outside of work, Charles enjoys spending time with his two young daughters and practicing meditation.
